FAQ
Frequently asked questions
What your AI GTM employee does, how you stay in control, what it costs, and how your data is handled.
Is this just an autonomous AI that spams people?
No. Your AI employee drafts every message, and you can review anything before it goes out. Most people check the early work closely, then loosen the reins once the drafts consistently sound right. How hands-on you stay is your call.
How is this different from just using ChatGPT?
ChatGPT is a tool you operate by hand every time. Natively is an employee: it researches, drafts, sequences, and follows up on its own. Everything it learns about your business stays yours and compounds, so month three is sharper than month one, and you decide how closely to watch its work.
What if I don't like the output?
Tell it what's off and the work adjusts. You can review drafts before anything ships, and flag what doesn't match your voice. Over time it learns your standards well enough that the back-and-forth tapers off on its own.
How is my data handled?
Your data stays yours. It's used only to run your use cases and is never shared with other customers. When you leave, your data leaves with you.
What does it cost?
Natively is in private beta, so we're not publishing tier pricing yet. Every plan includes the full AI employee (every GTM job), the CRM, a real-time credit ledger, and you staying in control of what goes out, and entry plans run month-to-month with no lock-in. Everything the system learns about your business stays yours. Request early access and we'll share exact pricing up front in the first conversation, scoped to your volume.
What's the contract? Can I cancel?
Month-to-month. No quarterly lock-ins, no annual commitments. If it's not working, you can cancel anytime.
How fast can I see results?
Setup takes hours, not weeks. Most teams see their first output within the first day. Real compounding starts around month two or three as the system learns your business.
What is Natively?
Natively is the AI Native GTM Employee: one hire that runs the use cases behind pipeline, published content, and market intelligence end to end, each accountable for a business outcome. You direct it, you can review anything before it goes out, and you keep the system, the data, and the playbook it builds.
What use cases does Natively cover?
Signal-based outbound, cold outreach campaigns, ICP & targeting strategy, meeting intelligence, AI search visibility, SEO & content, competitive intelligence, and CRM enrichment. You can start with one use case or run the full set.
Which departments can Natively cover?
Sales, marketing, and growth/GTM today, each with a defined set of use cases accountable for a specific metric.
How much control do I have over what goes out?
Every draft, an email, a post, an outreach message, is yours to review before it goes out, with the cost and the reasoning attached. Approve it, edit it, or reject it. As the output proves itself in your voice, most people review less and let more run on its own; how involved you stay is a dial you control, not a fixed rule.
Can I start with just one use case?
Yes. Most teams start with a single use case covering their biggest bottleneck, then add more as the loop proves out. It's month-to-month, so there's no commitment to the full set.
Does Natively replace my team?
No. It replaces the execution grind, not the people who direct it. Your team sets strategy and stays as involved as it wants in what ships, while your AI employee runs the repeatable volume underneath. Most people use it to get more done without adding headcount, while staying the ones who call the shots.
