Terms of Service

Last updated 2026-07-09

These terms govern your use of getnatively.ai and the Natively client portal (app.getnatively.ai). By using either, you agree to them. If you’re using Natively on behalf of a company, you’re agreeing on that company’s behalf.

The service

Natively provides AI-run marketing and go-to-market use cases, such as outbound, content, and market intelligence: researching, drafting, and scoring, under human review. Every action that publishes, sends, or spends on your behalf routes through an approval step you or your team control before it executes. Natively does not take irreversible action on your behalf without that approval.

Connected accounts

You may connect third-party accounts (such as Google Search Console and Google Analytics) to give Natively read access to data that powers your dashboards and use-case scoring. You control what’s connected and can disconnect at any time from Settings → Integrations. You’re responsible for having the authority to grant that access (e.g. being an owner or authorized user on the connected property).

Acceptable use

  • Don’t use Natively to generate content that is illegal, deceptive, or infringes another party’s rights.
  • Don’t attempt to circumvent the human-approval gate on agent actions.
  • Don’t use the service to access data you’re not authorized to access.

Your content and data

You retain ownership of the data you connect and the content you approve. Natively’s vault (the accumulated knowledge an agent builds about your business over time) belongs to you; you can export it and take it with you.

Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is.” AI-generated drafts and scores are recommendations for human review, not guarantees of business outcomes. You’re responsible for reviewing anything before it publishes or sends, which is exactly what the approval gate is for.

Changes

We’ll update the “Last updated” date above when these terms change, and post material changes here before they take effect.
